In various diverse fields ranging from digital scales, healthcare equipment, healthcare services, construction, and finance, namely BPR (People's Economy Bank), organized a welcoming event for students who will participate in the internship program at Interskala Group. This internship program has been running and is the fourth batch. Interskala Group is one of the trusted corporate groups in providing guidance and learning about the future work environment for students. The welcoming event began with a speech from one of the Interskala Group's subsidiaries, the Director of PT Interskala Mandiri Indonesia, Ms. Lia Mariyanti, followed by a brief explanation about Interskala Group and a video presentation about several Interskala Group subsidiaries. The welcoming event concluded with a brief explanation about the rules of this internship program.
On February 28, 2024, Interskala Group held a farewell event for students who had completed the internship program batch 3, with the hope that these students are now ready to contribute to the future workforce and industry. The internship program served as a platform for students to gain new knowledge and invaluable experiences not typically obtained in academic settings, such as engaging in discussions within a team of professionals and participating in company projects. The farewell event began with remarks from one of the directors of Interskala Group, Ms. Lia Mariyanti, followed by an opportunity for the interns to share their thoughts and messages for Interskala Group. Interskala Group also awarded recognition to outstanding interns and supervisors, aiming to inspire other young generations to contribute effectively to the workforce.
